Description

We started to work on this project in late 2018, and since the very beginning our goal was to create something a bit different, but with real and practical advantages for the users. Starting from the length of 11ft (330cm) which we believe to be probably the best length for most of the situation: slightly shorter and more easy to handle than the classic 12ft, but still able to provide excellent control of the fish at long distance and capable to cast with ease to well over 120 meters, distance that are quite difficult to reach with a 10ft otherwise.

Being such a unique rod, we have decided not to spare any effort on the quality, and we have selected exclusively the best components available.

If we would be forced to pick up one rod only to fish everywhere for the rest of our days, well, than the Suprema would be the one !

Compared to my other rods (Century), these rods are the same quality of materials and same fantastic building quality, only for half the price! These rods perform outstanding, equipped with my SS9000 reels and 0.30mm mainline and a braided shock leader, 4oz lead they deliver a baited rig (snowman 20-15mm) and a tiny pva mesh on the hook up to 120metres and I'm only an average caster! I don't want to go back to 12ft rods, this length is way easier to handle! Best rods I bought in years!

Die Alps Rollenhalter machen so richtig was her. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

My go to anywhere rod!

Klare Empfehlung

FAQ

Forge Tackle designed the Suprema at 11ft as what they consider the ideal all-round length — shorter and easier to handle than a 12ft rod, while still offering excellent fish control at distance and the ability to cast well over 120 metres. It also outperforms a 10ft rod at range, making it a versatile single-rod choice for most situations.

There are five handle versions: ABH (abbreviated shrink wrap, 310g total), UC Urban Camo duplon (330g), FC FTR Camo duplon (330g), RC full Rubber Cork (400g), and CK full Cork (330g). All handles share the same 48.5cm handle length, so the choice comes down to personal preference in feel, grip, and aesthetics.

The Suprema is rated at 3.50TC with an optimal casting weight of up to 4.5oz (130g), making it well suited to long-range fishing with heavier leads.

The rod features SS316 stainless steel frame R-Solution guides fitted with Silicon Nitride inserts, which are known for being extremely hard-wearing and smooth, reducing friction on the line during the cast. A large 40mm shooting guide and a 12mm anti-frap tip ring complete the guide set-up.

Yes — the ABH abbreviated shrink wrap handle is the lightest option at 310g total rod weight and is the only version that features an anti-slip metallic ring below the reel seat, providing extra grip and stability when the rod is sitting on a rod rest.

Yes, the Suprema Carp Rod is covered by a 3-year warranty. For full details on the terms, shipping, and returns, refer to the warranty information provided at point of purchase.
